Kerbline is built to keep your data on your PC. This page explains, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), what little leaves it, why, and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible

Kerbline is made by an independent developer based in Belgium (the "controller" under the GDPR). You can reach us through the contact form below.

What stays on your PC

Telemetry, lap times, settings, your driver profile, voice questions and everything the coach learns are stored only on your own computer. We never receive them.

What can leave your PC, and only if you choose to

This website

When you download Kerbline we count the download (date and the page you came from, no IP address and no cookies). The site is hosted by Framer and Netlify, and the installer by Google Drive, who process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and files, as their own privacy policies describe. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Leaderboard entries are kept while the leaderboard runs, or until you ask us to delete them. Download counts contain no personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a copy of it (GDPR art. 15 to 21). Send your request through the form below and include your iRacing name. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), dataprotectionauthority.be.

Children

The online leaderboard is meant for people aged 13 and over, in line with iRacing's own age requirement.
